Rediscover Balance, Reclaim Vitality:

Welcome to our comprehensive resource on Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)!  At New-Self, we are dedicated to empowering individuals with knowledge about hormone health and the transformative potential of BHRT.

As we age, our bodies naturally experience hormonal fluctuations that can lead to a range of symptoms, affecting our overall well-being and quality of life.  Bioidentical hormones, which are chemically identical to those produced by our bodies, offer a personalized approach to restoring hormonal balance and alleviating unwanted symptoms.

Symptoms of Hormonal imbalances

Fatigue:

Persistent tiredness or low energy levels, even after adequate rest, can be a sign of hormonal issues.

Mood Swings:

Changes in mood, irritability, anxiety, or depression may indicate hormonal fluctuations, particularly with estrogen and progesterone.

Weight Changes:

Unexplained weight gain or loss can be linked to hormonal imbalances, especially involving insulin, cortisol, and thyroid hormones.

Sleep Disturbances:

Difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or experiencing poor-quality sleep can be related to hormonal changes.

Menstrual Irregularities:

In women, changes in menstrual cycles, such as missed periods, heavy bleeding, or irregular cycles, often point to hormonal imbalances.

Hot Flashes & Night Sweats:

Common during menopause, these symptoms are primarily associated with changes in estrogen levels.

Decreased Libido:

A reduced interest in sexual activity can be caused by imbalances in testosterone, estrogen, or thyroid hormones.

Digestive Issues:

Hormonal imbalances can lead to digestive problems, including bloating, constipation, or diarrhea.

Skin Changes:

Acne, dryness, or other skin issues can be linked to hormonal fluctuations, particularly those involving androgens.

Hair Changes:

Thinning hair, hair loss, or excessive hair growth in unusual areas can indicate hormonal imbalances, particularly with testosterone and estrogen.

Breast Tenderness:

Changes in breast sensitivity or swelling can occur due to fluctuations in estrogen or progesterone.

Cognitive Issues:

Difficulty concentrating, memory problems, or brain fog may be associated with hormonal changes, particularly during menopause.

If you are experiencing several of these symptoms, it may be beneficial to consult with our team for an assessment and potential treatment options.

"Working with Jill has been life changing for me.  After having 2 children my body changed and I gained quite a bit of weight.  My weight struggles brought on both anxiety and depression. I lost my 'happy go lucky' self.  I tried every diet, gym, and weight loss fad out there and nothing worked for me.  I would lose 10-15 lbs only to gain it right back.  During COVID I found myself gaining more and more weight as my daily routine was altered greatly.  I reached 240 lbs at my highest weight.  I felt terrible about myself, hated going out in public and was so unhappy.  After working with Jill my life has completely changed.  I have lost 50 lbs in 10 months.  I am starting to feel good about myself again and have so much more energy.  This decision has been life changing and I cannot thank Jill and New Self enough!!"
